Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for your first poach of product within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus a shipping and handling fee, VAT, import taxes, or duties). Chewable can only issue a refund for the first poach of our products. Subsequent orders as part of a recurring subscription do not qualify for a return. A single poach of product qualifies for a return if multiple one-time purchases of any product are made on a single order.
Returns and refunds do not apply to our merchandise items like items purchased on sale, or any Limited Edition items like Travel Packs or Sample Packs. Orders are subjected to a $10 USD return fee. If your order is for a subscription of 3 or 6 months and we approve the return, we are happy to offer a 50% refund. If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee, we will be unable to issue a refund. Chewable reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request within or outside of the above stipulations.
